Teresa Lynn Wolfe, of Piner, KY passed away at St. Elizabeth Hospice in Edgewood, KY on Friday, May 12, 2017 at the age of 50.

She was born in Covington, KY on March 29, 1967; the daughter of Donald and Audrey Jones. Teresa enjoyed crafting, cooking and being active in her church at Wilmington Baptist. Her greatest joy, however, was spending time with her loving family.

She was preceded in death by her parents; sister, Sandy Dishon and step-mother, Betty “Skipper” Jones.

Teresa is survived by her devoted husband of 27 years, Lorne; daughter, Audriana Wolfe; sisters, Gloria (Mike) Marqua and Donna (Jeff) Henn; brothers, Ronnie (Mary Ann) Jones, Dale Jones and Rodney (Vicki) Jones; father-in-law and mother-in-law, David and Mildred Wolfe; as well as other relatives and friends.

Visitation for Teresa will be held from 4:00 PM until 8:00 PM on Tuesday, May 16, 2017 at Chambers & Grubbs Funeral Home, 11382 Madison Pike, Independence, KY 41051. A funeral service will be held the following day, Wednesday, May 17, 2017 at 11:00 AM at Wilmington Baptist Church, 15472 Madison Pike, Demossville, KY 41033. Burial will immediately follow at Wilmington Baptist Cemetery located on the church grounds.
