Obituary for Lillian Robinson (Cox)

Lillian Cox Robinson, age 89, of Florence, KY passed away Monday, April 10, 2017 at Baptist Convalescent Center in Newport, KY. She was a homemaker, who enjoyed quilting, crafting, and spending time with her family. Her husband, Ford Robinson; sons, Donald L. Robinson and Gary Robinson; brothers, Lindsey Cox and James Cox, and Samuel Cox, Jr.; and sisters, Julie Perkins, Mossie Johnson, Lissie Engle and Willie Jones; all preceded her in death. She is survived by her daughter, Michelle Ireland and son-in-law, Tim Ireland; sister, Edith Lefevers (Fred); brother; Asher Cox (Margie); and granddaughter, Holly Ireland.

Visitation will be Wednesday from 5 p.m. until 8 p.m. at Chambers and Grubbs Funeral Home in Independence. Funeral services will be Thursday at 12 noon at the funeral home. Interment will be at Independence Cemetery.
