Obituary for Loretta Atha
Loretta Hoard Atha, age 92, of Florence, passed away on Thursday, April 6, 2017 in Cincinnati.
She had worked for Elsmere Drugs as a buyer and was a member at Florence Baptist Church.
Loretta is preceded in death by her husband, George “Tom” Atha in 2015 son, Rob Atha in 2016 and brothers, Cecil and Tom Hoard.
She is survived by her loving sons and their wives, Thomas C. Atha (Peaches) and Michael “Mike” Atha (Tracy); brother, Ebby Hoard; grandchildren, Kimberly, William, Angela, Craig, Ashley, CJ, Neville, Jenna, Cherie and Kristen; 8 great-grandchildren and one on the way; and many other beloved family members and friends.
A visitation for Loretta will be held on Monday, April 10, 2017 from 5PM until 8PM at Chambers and Grubbs Funeral Home in Florence.
The funeral service will be on Tuesday, April 11, 2017 beginning at 10AM, also at the funeral home.
Interment will be at Florence Cemetery.
Memorial donations are suggested to the Alzheimer’s Association, 644 Linn St # 1026, Cincinnati, OH 45203.
