Mary “Kathryn” Brown, of Walton, KY passed away at her residence on March 21, 2017 at the age of 89. Kathryn was born on August 19, 1927 to the late John and Nancy Rich.

She was a homemaker who enjoyed reading and spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren.

Kathryn was preceded in death by her devoted husband, Roy Brown.

She is survived by her loving daughter, Janice Brown; son, Ron Brown (Jo Ann); grandchildren, Rita Small (Bob), Kevin Brown (Vanessa), and Mandy Wynn (Andy); 4 great-grandchildren; and 2 great-great grandchildren.

Visitation for Kathryn will be held from 11:00 AM until the time of the funeral service at 1:00 PM on Friday, March 24, 2017 at Chambers & Grubbs, Walton. Burial will immediately follow at Walton Cemetery.
