We met Scot through Local 392. Scot worked for Stan through P,H, & B. Stan & Scot had alot in common and became friends, along with being co-workers. Ryan was close in age with our younger children, and I would occasionally watch Ryan. Scot was a great daddy and loved Ryan, deeply. We were having a birthday party for our younger kids at Chuckie Cheese and invited Scot and Ryan to attend. He asked if he could bring someone for us to meet. We said, of course! We met Erica that night. She was lovely and perfect for Scot. We told him "She's a keeper!" From there, we watched their love grow. It was beautiful. They married and we got together a couple of times per year. (we live an hour apart) They became family. Anytime, we had a big celebration, (marriage, baby shower, etc.), they were invited. They would always attend when available. Scot and Erica were beautiful together. They were a beautiful picture of a Godly marriage. Serving one another. They were the picture of ONENESS that the Bible speaks of in marriage. Over the years, Scot became a great man of faith. Trusting God with everything. He and Erica inspired us, and I'm sure many others. Scot will be greatly missed. We were so blessed to know him and watch his faith grow, in spite of difficulty. Our lives have been forever enriched by knowing Scot, Erica, and Ryan.
