Connie Fay Sapp, of Erlanger, KY passed away on Tuesday, February 7, 2017 at St. Elizabeth Hospital in Florence, KY at the age of 68. She was born in Covington, KY on December 15, 1948; the daughter of Leslie and Marcella Fields. Connie was an RN who retired from Christ Hospital in Cincinnati, OH.

She was preceded in death by parents and husband, Terry Sapp. Connie is survived by her loving son, Jeffrey Sapp; brothers, Wayne Fields and Marc (Sandi) Fields; nephews, Joshua (Michelle) Fields and Joel (Crystal) Fields; 3 great-nephews; as well as other relatives and friends.

Services for Connie will be private at the convenience of the family. Memorials in Connie’s name can be made to Redwood Rehab Center, 71 Orphanage Rd, Fort Mitchell, KY 41017.
