John “Jack” William Leonard Jr., 76, of Independence, KY; passed away on Wednesday, November 9th, 2016 at his residence. Jack enjoyed traveling, shopping, eating out at restaurants, and watching reds baseball. He was a member of St. Patrick’s Catholic Church in Taylor Mill, KY.

Jack is preceded in death by his parents John and Gertrude Leonard. He is survived by his loving wife of 52 years Peggy Leonard; son, Steven William Leonard; granddaughters, Katy and Megan Leonard; sister, Barbara Weber (Mike).

Visitation will take place on Monday, November 14th, 2016 from 9 am until 11am at St. Patrick’s Catholic Church 3285 Mills Road Taylor Mill, Kentucky 41015. Mass of Christian burial will take place on Monday, November 14th, 2016 at 11am at St. Patrick’s Catholic Church. Burial to follow at Floral Hills Memorial Gardens in Taylor Mill, KY.
