Obituary for Tara Jewell
Tara Magdalene Jewell, age 1 day, passed away Saturday, May 21, 2016 at St. Elizabeth Medical Center in Edgewood.
She is survived by her parents, Joseph Michael and Carol Butler Jewell; sister, Raine Marie Jewell; twin brother, Tristan Michael Jewell; maternal grandparents, William & Jerilyn Butler; and great grandparents, Frank and Dolores Butler and Frank and Yvonne Kramer. Her paternal grandparents, Charles W. and Carla Jean Stewart preceded her in death.
Visitation will be Tuesday, May 24, 2016, from 5 to 7:30 p.m. at Chambers and Grubbs Funeral Home in Walton. Mass of the Angels for Tara will take place Wednesday, May 25, 2016 at 9 a.m. Our Lady of Assumption Church, 472 Beaver Rd., Walton, KY 41094. Interment will be at Mother of God Cemetery in Latonia.
Memorials may be made to the St. Elizabeth Medical Center Foundation for NICU, 1 Medical Village Drive, Edgewood, KY 41017.
