Condolence: I'm so sad. There are no two finer people I was ever related to than Billy and Hazel. They raised two wonderful children too. My heart goes out to cousin Billy and the rest of the family. There just are no words to say about how I feel for his loss. It is my loss too. I better quit now or there will be tears on my keyboard. Love and Prayers to my Letcher family.
