James Edward Dobbin, age 52, of Walton, passed away Tuesday, December 27, 2016 at his residence. Survivors include his son, James E’Manuel Dobbin; mother, Judith Ilene Egbert Dobbin; and long-time partner, Monica Abbott.

Services are private at the convenience of the family.
