Richard Todd Yancey, of Elsmere, KY passed away suddenly at University of Cincinnati Medical Center on Tuesday, December 6, 2016 at the age of 54.

He was born in Covington, KY on August 30, 1962, but was raised primarily in Walton KY; the son of Richard “Omer” and Dorothy Yancey. Todd enjoyed fishing, listening to music and spending time with his family. He was preceded in death by his father and brother, Mitchell Yancey. Todd is survived by his wife, Faith Yancey; son, Brad Yancey; mother, Dorothy Yancey; step-father, Eladio Diaz; siblings, Dan (Patricia) Evans, Nelson (Tina) Yancey and Greg Yancey; grandchild, Kameron Yancey; special friend, Shawnee Goodridge; as well as other relatives and friends.

A memorial service for Todd will be held at a later date.
