Mattie Alexander, 94, of Ludlow, KY., passed away on Saturday, July 23, 2016 at her residence. Mattie enjoyed crocheting, embroidery, and painting.

She is preceded in death by her husbands Emery Carlos Riggs Jr. and George Alexander; sons John Riggs, Allen Riggs, and Tom Riggs. Mattie is survived by her daughter Mary Alice Denton; 12 grandchildren, many great grandchildren, and several great-great grandchildren. Memorial donations are suggested to the Mattie Alexander Burial Fund, C/O Chambers & Grubbs

Burial will take place at Walton Cemetery at a later date.
