Norma Gay Gillum Thompson, 71, of Covington, KY, passed away Monday, April 4, 2016. Gay was a retired food service worker with Dobbs, International. She enjoyed crossword puzzles, shopping, cooking and was a big UK Wildcat fan. Gay is preceded in death by 7 brothers and a sister. She is survived by a son; Brandon L. Thompson, sisters; Faye Cordes, Sue Works and Betty Taulbee, a brother; Larry Gillum, 3 grand-daughters and 2 grandsons. Services will be held on Friday, April 8, 2016 at Chambers & Grubbs Independence. Visitation will be from 10 AM till 12 PM. The funeral service will begin at 12 PM.
